Returns and Refund policy

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have found it necessary to update our Hygiene Policy as we attempt to do our part to stop the spread and protect our clients.

 

This change precipitates us NOT being able to exchange or accept returns of any Hygiene Products that have been opened.

 

Please see as follows: 

HYGIENIC CLAUSE 28(3)(a):

Under Regulations, 28(3)(a) Consumer Contracts you can refuse returns of items that were sent out sealed for hygiene reasons if they come back unsealed. Hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self-care are generally non-returnable. Hygiene products, toiletry products, bathroom products, body braces, foam cushions, wheelchair cushions, stockings, splints and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items. NO hygiene products can be returned if the packaging has been opened per Public Health Policy.

 

NO items will be collected unless accompanied by the following:
Original till slip
Original packaging
All accessories (if applicable)
A note explaining the reason for the return and / or the manufacturing fault
Repairs in respect of products damaged by unreasonable use or by use for which the product is NOT intended and defects resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect CANNOT be collected should you (customer) insist, then you (customer) will be liable for ALL costs.
 
Warranty Against Defects
Little Bambino warrants the product to be free of any defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (“Warranty”). However, the warranty DOES NOT apply with respect of products damaged by unreasonable use or by use for which the product is NOT intended. The warranty will NOT cover defects resulting from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
